Kaam Condos Puerto Morelos

Great location, very comfortable and clean! The best service and they even have tours to snorkel, fish, dive or amazing eating experiences in the jungle!

This was a wonderful condo style hotel in walking distance to everything. They were super accommodating with our family, and offered a crib/pack and play for our daughter + set us up with the ground floor room so we could sit outside by the pool right next to our room while she napped. It had a nice outdoor closed alcove in the back too, which was great for meals. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend,

The place is hard to find with no indication on the street that this place is there. The roof top could be more interesting with appropriate installation. Something to protect us from the rain or the sun is more than needed. The room we are renting is nice with a vew to the pool. The internet is down when its raining. No soap/shampoo hair dryer provided. Other than that the location is great with lots of amenities all around. Everything is at a nice walk distance. Some construction in the building next to us. Fun to see the workers.

We stayed at the Kaam condos this April and our vacation couldn’t have been better. We arrived by taxi to the place and I called Reyna and she immediately sent someone over to let us in and orientate us with the place. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We were on the second level above the pool. The roof top was amazing with incredible views of the town and water. We took our coffee up there every morning. We would spend time in town early then grab our snorkel gear and take a short walk to Dia & Noche beach club and grab a Palapa on the beach, and the food and drinks were brought out. We took a snorkel boat out right from the beach to the reef. You can snorkel from the beach to the white buoys and see incredible coral and fish, but he water is about 15’ and the coral is about 10’. So it is a little deeper than the boat ride to the reef. The condo is brand new and very clean. The pool area is very well maintained and is a great place to cool off. Checking out, we sent Reyna a msg for transportation and she had a taxi (Victor) waiting on time. Be sure to open all the windows and turn off the A/C around 5pm to hear the sounds and smell the food cooking from the nearby restaurants. Then walk the streets at night and find a great place to eat.

WE have just returned after our second stay with Kaam in Puerto Morelos. Most convenient location , excellent accommodations but the best thing about Kaam condos is the manager .Reyna is simply the "best". She is always very pleasant and attentive to your needs. We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Grupo Kaam condos in January of this year. At $150.00 usd a night this is a great deal on the beach side of Puerto Morelo. This is a newly renovated 2-building set of one bedroom condos with a sweet courtyard pool and fantastic views from its roof top lounges (sunrise from one roof top and sunset from the other). The condo was well appointed with a small kitchen, microwave, pod coffee machine (with plenty of pods) and a 2 burner stove top. Bedroom had a huge closet, king size bed and the bathroom was good size. Living room very comfortable with a sofa table and chairs, wall TV, excellent A/C and good wifi. Very nice Mexican decor and colors with artwork from the on sight shop "Finders Keepers" We had one of the ground floor rooms that was just off the pool area. This was wonderfully convenient when we were lounging by the pool to get drinks/snacks from our room. The pool is lovely, not very big, but plenty to cool off or just hang out in on a hot day. Location couldn't be better, 2 blocks from the main square, 2 blocks from the beach. They have an agreement with My Paradise beach club with reserved spaces before noon. Reyna, who is the manger/Host greets you like your family. She will make sure you are settled in and will help you with questions, tours or restaurant suggestions. She also made a point to come by to say goodbye and thanks for staying to me when hubby return the key to her. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Morelos then I say look no further. We will be back

Amazing place to stay comfortable, affordable, and close to nearby amenities. It’s handicap-friendly, with convenient ground-floor rooms available for guests with mobility needs. Super close to the beach clubs or just hanging out by the beach. You really can’t get lost in Puerto Morelos, lol everything is within walking distance, about 2–3 minutes. The attention during the stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it to Canadians who want to truly experience the vibe of the Puerto Morelos area. April is an amazing host/administrator. She assisted us with everything before and after our stay big shout-out to her! They even offer airport shuttle service through Condos Kaam Puerto Morelos. Booking.com is the way to go!

I have been to the Kaam 3 times this past winter. My first visit was in November 2021 and I enjoyed it very much so I have returned here again. The condos have always been very clean with plenty of supplies (shampoo etc. but no hairdryer). The linens have always been clean (and provided), the beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works well, water pressure and temperature are superb and the kitchen, for the most part is well stocked (pots, pans, utensils etc. NOT food). 18L drinking water supplied. There are no elevators however, there are ground level condos with easy access for wheelchairs. The grounds are secured with a controlled gate entrance and high walls. Occasionally the Wi-Fi is spotty but available on the whole site. Reyna is great, she is always ready, available and eager to help. I will be coming back!
